This vinyasa flow-based practice is suitable for all levels, with many modifications to put the intensity in your hands, depending on how you feel based on the day. This class will help you find foundational strength, freedom of movement and a connection to your breath - which will in turn allow you to feel grounded, energized and inspired for the day ahead of you.
You'll finish by cooling down with a nice stretch & positive affirmations and then warm back up with a complimentary cup of coffee courtesy of Morning Owl Coffee Bar on your way to start your day!

This class is appropriate for all skill levels, even those who have never tried yoga. Guidance and modifications will be given throughout class as needed.
*Drop-ins are $15 per session, or your class packs can be redeemed for this class by entering your promo code upon checkout.
*Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own mat, water bottle and towel.
*If you need to cancel for any reason, you must do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org up to 2 hours prior to the start of class. Failure to do so will result in a loss of class pack credit or drop-in purchase, and you will not be issued a refund.
