Our beginner's class is an excellent stepping stone for new students and also great for intermediate and experienced students looking to fine tune their practice.


In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn and experience benefits of yoga - incorporating basic foundational postures with proper alignment and yogic breathing.


Our gifted and inspiring teachers will provide you with verbal cues and visual demonstrations, helping you gain confidence in your practice in a positive and relaxing class. Surrounded by warm candlelight and calming music, you will be lead through a series of stretches and guided meditations that will encourage you to be mindful and compassionate in your everyday lives even outside the studio.


Self care is SO important, and we all need to learn to make time for it.

Beginner's Yoga

  • *Class is limited to 14 yogis, and is expected to sell out quickly.

    This class is appropriate for all skill levels, even those who have never tried yoga. Guidance and modifications will be given throughout class as needed.

    *Drop-ins are $15 per session, or your class packs can be redeemed for this class by entering your promo code upon checkout.

    *Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own mat, water bottle and towel.

    *If you need to cancel for any reason, you must do so by emailing up to 2 hours prior to the start of class. Failure to do so will result in a loss of class pack credit or drop-in purchase, and you will not be issued a refund.
