Are you new to practicing yoga? Inversions refer to any pose where your heart is higher than your head, so technically your feet never have to leave the ground. We will start at the basics and build up from there! You CAN do this!
We will warm up with a short vinyasa flow and review strength building poses in preparation before we begin to break down and explore several inversions including downward dog, headstand, handstand, shoulder stand and crow. You will learn about proper alignment and variations to help you gain confidence.
Open to all level yogis who are ready to flip their perspective.
Class is limited to 9 yogis, and is expected to sell out quickly.

Please, bring your own mat and practice safe social distancing throughout the event. You will be reuqired to wear your mask upon entering the facility and any time that you are not within your 6ft tape square in-studio, or at your table aftewards.
