Join us at Vintage Alpacas private farm in Brooklyn Heights for our "BOOzy Adults Only Egg Hunt" experience this October! 
 
Tickets are just $45/pp include a glass of LBWN's BOOzy Caramel Apple Cider, a super fun special Halloween adventure, and the chance to win amazing prizes!
 
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: 
 
  • First - You'll visit a private farm, filled with cute, fuzzy & endlessly curious alpacas! Our team will have strategically hidden over 599 plastic Halloween eggs in shades of black, orange, purple, and green all around the grassy pastures of the farm, plus 1 very special JACK SKELLINGTON "GOLDEN" EGG.
 
  • Next, we'll set you loose to find as many eggs as you can! *THE EGGS WILL BE EMPTY BY DESIGN to protect the alpacas from eating any small foreign objects, chocolate, candies, booze etc. We won't reveal what each color means prior to the hunt, so be sure to collect a wide variety!
 
  • The finder of the "GOLDEN EGG" will redeem our ultimate prize BOOzy BASKET filled with goodies worth over $150!
 
  • After you've collected your haul, you'll turn in your eggs and recieve a special prize redemption sheet based on the number and color of eggs you've found!  
 
  • Then, you'll head to Little Birdie Wine Nest in Parma (just a few minutes away) where you can cozy in to redeem your prizes, and enjoy a celebratory glass of our BOOzy Caramel Apple Cider with your flock - included with your ticket!  Our SPOOKTACULAR SPECIAL EVENT MENU will also be available for purchase on the night of the event!
 
  • When you arrive to Little Birdie, you'll turn in your sheet at the prize tables, where each egg color will be linked to a different prize for you to redeem - mini bottles of BOOze, Buoyant Chocolates + Confections, and coupons to LBWN like wine slushees, BOOzy specialty coffees + more!
 
  • Here, the COSTUME CONTEST will also be judged - and our favorite in EACH of the FOUR categories will be awarded additional spooktacularly BOOzy prizes bags!
 
Please be advised that in order to enter LBWN you will need to have a change of shoes, or wear the provided protective booties to ensure that farm remnants don't smell up our floors. Please, be kind + respectful of the animals, the farm and others while participating so that we can host more fun events like this in the future! 
 
Also, be sure to read the VERY IMPORTANT FINE PRINT section of this event before purchasing your tickets, as all sales are non-transferrable, and final.

  • I want to make sure my friends and I can come together as a group - How can we ensure that?

    Tickets are exclusively limited based on the size of the venue. We cannot add additional tickets once the event is sold out, nor do we issue refunds or transfers. We *STRONGLY* advise purchasing all the tickets for your group in ONE TRANSACTION rather than registering independently.

    If you are unable to purchase together as a group, we advise checking the availability prior to purchasing, and then purchasing independently, simultaneously. You can check to see the number of remaining spots by toggling the number of tickets up until the website does not allow you to raise the number further. 

    Should I have received tickets in the mail?
    NOPE! As soon as you purchased tickets, we put you onto our "Guest List", and you'll just need the name you registered under to gain entrance to the event!

    What if I don't find any eggs, or only find eggs which colors coordinate to non-alcoholic prizes?

    By purchasing tickets to this competative event, you understand that you are NOT guaranteed to find any eggs, and that this event tends to be VERY competative.

    Please be aware that there will be NO limit as to how many eggs anyone can collect, and there will be NO special accomodations based on age or ability.

    By purchasing tickets, you also understand that, per the description, not all of the egg colors equate to alochol related prizes and that while many do -- some prizes include chocolates + coupons to use while visiting LBWN.

    There will be NO switches of prizes permitted, and NO refunds will be given due to complaints of this nature.  

    Do you have to be 21 to participate?
    Yes! You MUST be 21+ to purchase a ticket and attend this event.
    We will be checking ID's at the door. 

    Does everyone who wants to attend need a ticket, even if they don't want to hunt for eggs?

    *EVERY person in attendance needs a separate ticket in order to gain entrance to the farm for this special event. No exceptions. 

    Where is this event being held?
    The event is being held at Vintage Alpacas Farm in Brooklyn Heights. 4933 Schaaf Lane Brooklyn Heights, OH 44131. Please come DIRECTLY to the farm. 
     
    What is the parking situation?
    There is ample parking at the farm on a gravel lot, and there will be helper's directing traffic as best as possible. We are politely asking that you carpool as much as possible to reduce the number of cars we need to park.
     
    How will I check in?
    After you park, please head towards the large barn where our greeter will direct you to the check in table. We will be checking in you & your guests based on the FIRST NAME on your reservation.
     
    What can/should I bring to this event?
    AN AWESOME COSTUME, a positive attitude, and weather & venue appropriate clothing & footwear. 
     
    What if it rains?
    This event will be held rain (snow!) or shine. In the event of severely inclement weather (at the sole discretion of the venue) we would call each registered participant based on the phone number provided upon purchase and arrange for a refund or transfer to our alternate date. * Beyond this circumstance, there are NO REFUNDS to this special event.
     
    What should I wear?
    Please dress comfortably for the weather and venue, keeping in mind that this is a working farm and the alpacas will be all around, interacting with our guests. We highly recommend closed toed shoes, and wearing things you're okay getting a little dirty.
     
    Is there a restroom on the farm?
    YES. But, it's a "barn restroom" - so it's not the "prettiest" - but we will direct you to it if you need to use it!
     
    Can I bring my pet / can I smoke?
    NO, and NO. No outside animals are permitted at this event, and there is no smoking or vaping permitted on the farm.

    Q: What if I can't make it any longer? / What's the refund policy?


    A: No Refunds. Your ticket is valid for the specific date/event for which you purchase. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason - we are not able to issue refunds or transfer your ticket to alternate dates/events. Your ticket is not valid for store credit of any kind.

    Store employees cannot make exceptions to this company policy.

    If you become unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another guest.
