Tasting Notes: The lighter, crisper qualities of Pinot Gris are met by the somewhat richer traits of Pinot Blanc here, and the result is a delicious layering of ripe peaches at one moment and minerals and citrus the next. 
Recommended Pairings: The minerality and acidity make this a great wine for shelfish, but it would also be delightful with roast chicken, or pasta with a bechamel sauce.
