Vinyasa yoga, often described as a "moving meditation" is a dynamic breath-focused yoga practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole.
Practicing yoga in this flow like sequence emphasizes clarity of focus and conscious breath, while naturally building an "inner heat" that develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion to improve balance, resilience and endurance.
Class will come to a relaxing finish with a calming meditation, and well deserved savasana session. You will end class feeling refreshed, renewed and restored - and your body will thank you for taking this time for important self-care.
Evening Vinyasa Yoga Flow (5/19 @ 6pm)
*Class is limited to 13 yogis, and is expected to sell out quickly.
This class is appropriate for all skill levels, even those who have never tried yoga. Guidance and modifications will be given throughout class as needed.

*Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own mat, water bottle and towel.
