We'll be hosting an extra special picnic in the lush pastures of Vintage Alpacas farm in Brooklyn Heights, where Moms & their families will be able to enjoy a delicious brunch with "MOM"osas amongst the farm's plentiful and friendly live ALPACAS!


Tickets are structured as follows:


 $37.50/per Mom - which includes a shareable brunch picnic box featuring fresh fruit like grapes, berries + oranges, mini chicken salad croissants (x2), cinnamon roll bites, mini muffins, french brie, salami roses and assorted crackers alongside a mini bottle of bubbly & orange juice to make 2 "MOM"osas.


$7.50/additional guest (adults or children) - which includes entrance to the farm & lemonade


$15/additional "MOM"osa Kit (mini bottle of bubbly + oj) 

$35/additional Brunch Picnic Boxes (same as above)

$10/Kid's Snack Box  (crackers, cheddar & mozzarella cheese, grapes & strawberries)


Of course, after brunch there will be plenty of time to explore the farm via a fun & educational tour by Ms. Kim, and to spend quality time with the alpacas!

  • Where is this event being held?

    The event is being held at Vintage Alpacas Farm in Brooklyn Heights. 4933 Schaaf Lane Brooklyn Heights, OH 44131.

    Should I have received tickets in the mail?

    NOPE! As soon as you purchased tickets, we put you onto our "Guest List", and you'll just need the name you registered under to gain entrance to the event!

    Does everyone who wants to attend need a ticket?

    *Every person in attendance needs a separate ticket in order to gain entrance to the farm for this special event. The only exception is for infants who will remain in carriers for the duration of the event.

    Can I make substitutions to the brunch boxes?

    *We are not able to offer substitions to the offerings for this special event due to dietary restrictions or preferences.

    What is the parking situation?

    There is ample parking at the farm on a gravel lot, and there will be helper's directing traffic as best as possible. We are politely asking that you carpool as much as possible to reduce the number of cars we need to park.

    What can/should I bring to this event?

    You are welcome to bring anything that you'd like to sit on to make yourself comfortable on the lawn - i.e. blankets, chairs, pillows etc. to relax on during the picnic with the Alpacas. You are NOT permitted to bring any outside food or beverages, especially alcohol onto the farm.

    What should I wear? 

    Please dress comfortably for the weather and venue, keeping in mind that this is a working farm and the alpacas will be all around, interacting with our guests. We highly recommend closed toed shoes, and wearing things you're okay getting a little dirty.

    Is the venue "stroller friendly"?

    Not really.  The terrain is gravel, dirt paths + grassy pastures.  As a mom, I would opt for carriers rather than strollers wherever possible.

    Is there a restroom on the farm?

    YES. But, there is ONLY ONE, and it's a "barn restroom" - so it's not the "prettiest" - but we will direct you to it if you need to use it! 

    What if it rains?

    This event will be held rain (snow!) or shine. In the event of dangerously inclement weather  *decided at the descretion of the venue*, the food & beverages would still be available for to-go pick up at LBWN and we would offer an alternate set of dates for your family to visit the farm to see the alpacas. There are no refunds to this special event, and by purchasing tickets you acknowledge this.

    What if I can't make it any longer?

    Tickets to this event are non-refundable, non-transferable to alternate dates, and not valid for store credit of any kind. You MAY transfer your ticket to someone else - just have them give your name upon check in.
