Back by popular demand - the Crafty Canary is taking flight off site for a very special PUMPKIN PAINTING PARTY surrounded by LIVE ALPACAS at Vintage Alpacas Farm in Brooklyn Heights!
 
During this fun & festive fall event, our lovely local artist instructors will provide you with various acrylic paints, stencils, glitter and spooky crafting supplies so that you can transform your ordinary pumpkins into personalized works of art!
 
We'll provide some yummy popcorn & pretzels for snacking, as well as some fresh apple cider (that the adults can choose to make BOOzy!) to sip on while you create!
 
We know you'll be distracted by all the alpaca-cuteness surrounding you, so we will be sure to give you extra time to interact with the alpacas after class and a tour of this fascinating local farm led by Miss Kim!
 
Tickets to this all inclusive experience are $37.50/pp per person and include one medium sized pie pumpkin, 1 hour of painting with arts & craft supplies with hands on instruction from our local artist, 1 hour following the class to interact the alpacas on this privately reserved farm, popcorn + pretzel snacks AND a pour of delicious fall apple cider, which can be made BOOzy (for ages 21+).  
 
Simply select your preferred timeslot at checkout below, and meet us at the farm for this day of fall fun! This experience is expected to sell out VERY quickly, so be sure to reserve your tickets right away! Walk-ins the day of the event are NOT permitted.

*Recommended for ages 6+.  Everyone entering the farm needs their own ticket - Sharing of a ticket between multiple guests is not permitted. 
 
*In the event of inclement weather, at the discretion of the studio, this class will be moved indoors to LBWN.  Beyond this circumstance - there are no refunds or transfers once tickets have been purchased.

    • Q: Will I recieve my tickets in the mail?

      A: Nope! As soon as you purchase tickets - you're added to our in house guest list!

    • Q: Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
      A: This event is family friendly, but recommended for ages 6+.  Every person in attendance needs their own ticket to gain entrance to the farm.  Sharing of the tickets/pumpkins is not permitted.  The only exception is for children who will remain in a carrier throughout the event. This venue is a working farm, and is not particularly "stroller" friendly. 

    • *Please be respectful to the animals and follow the farm's rules.  Inappropriate behavior towards the animals will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave without refund.


    • Q: What is the parking situation at this venue?
      A: There is ample parking surrounding the entrance of the farm on a gravel lot.

      Q: What should I bring into the event?
      A: Just your positive attitude and smile, and perhaps a box to transport your pumpkins in - we will provide butcher paper for the floor of your car, but please be advised that the pumpkins may not dry fully by the conclusion of the event. 

    • Please wear clothing & closed toed shoes appropriate for being outdoors on a farm that can at times be muddy. You may not bring any outside food or beverages to the facility.

    • Q: What if it rains?

    • A: In the event of severely inclement weather, at the discretion of the studio, this workshop will be moved indoors to LBWN.


    • Q: What's the refund policy?
      A: No Refunds. Your ticket is valid for the specific date/event for which you purchase. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason - we are not able to issue refunds or transfer your ticket to alternate dates/events. Your ticket is not valid for store credit of any kind. You may transfer your ticket to a friend, just give us a call to let us know of the switch.
