Q: Will I recieve my tickets in the mail? / Can this item be shipped?
A: Nope! You won't recieve anything in the mail, and you do not need physical tickets to attend. As soon as you make your purchase - you're automatically added to our guest list for an in-studio reservation! Even though the checkout screen says pick-up, we know that you are coming in for an in-studio workshop.
Q: Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
A: While we do offer kid-friendly projects, this class is recommended for adults. We ask that all in-studio participants be 13+, and every person needing a seat, needs a ticket. Juice can be substituted for those who are underage, or for non-drinkers. Valid ID will be required for alcohol consumption, and you must be 21+ to drink.Q: Does everyone need a ticket, or can a friend join me and not participate / share with me? A: Unfortunately we cannot allow this, since space in the crafting area is limited. Every person in attendance who will be seated in the crafting area needs a ticket to the class of the evening.
Q: What is the parking situation at this venue?
A: There is plenty of free parking in our plaza!
Q: What should I bring into the event?
A: Just your positive attitude and smile! These classes are meant to be fun and relaxing! Please do not bring any outside food or beverages into the facility.

Q: What's the refund policy?A: No Refunds. Your ticket is valid for the specific date/event for which you purchase. You may transfer your ticket to a friend, just give us a call to let us know of the switch.

A: All tickets will be converted into "perfectly packaged to-go kits" for contactless pick-up, and we will teach the workshop virtually via zoom. No refunds will be given.
