 We highly recommend pre-registering for class.

Simply add the classes you'd like to attend from the selections to your cart, and check out on the payment screen!  This helps us provide the optimal experience for all our students, as our space is extremely limited + classes & events tend to sell out quickly!

 What to wear:

Wear any clothing that you feel comfortable moving in!

For some fitness classes + outdoor events, we recommend wearing athletic / tennis shoes + socks. For most yoga events, bare feet are all you need. 

When to arrive:

Aim to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to check in with your instructor, find a space for your mat + settle in.

What to bring with you to class:

Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, a towel if you prefer, and an open + eager mind. If you do not have a yoga mat, send Hannah a quick e-mail and we'll provide one for you to borrow!
