MONTHLY REOCURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS:

• Book Club payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month for your selected term. 

• To participate in that month's meeting, registration & payment must be completed before the 1st. (Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, your membership will begin with February's book & meeting

• If you wish to join after the 1st and would like to receive that month's book and attend that month's meeting, please contact our book club manager Taylor at chicklits@littlebirdiewinenest.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request!

• We do not offer the option to "skip a month" or pause a subscription for any reason at this time. If you are unable to attend our monthly discussion meeting, we will set aside your next book, charm & gift (if applicable) for pick up at LBWN, alongside a coupon for a complimentary glass of wine or specialty coffee to use at your convenience.

• Any physical books, charms, or special gifts associated with your membership will be held for a maximum of 45 days before becoming property of Little Birdie Wine Nest. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact Taylor at chicklits@littlebirdiewinenest.com, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

• Early termination of your selected membership term will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining commitment balance.

MISSED PAYMENT POLICY:

​

• In order to ensure a seamless experience for all our members and maintain the continuity of your membership benefits and privileges, it is essential to keep your subscription payments up-to-date.

• In the event that your scheduled automatic subscription payment fails for any reason, we extend a 48-hour grace period for members to rectify the issue and update their payment information. However, failure to do so within this grace period will result in automatic termination of your Book Club Membership.​

• Should you wish to reinstate your membership after termination due to payment failure, please note that you may not be able to rejoin the Book Club on the same day of the week as your previous membership, and a reinstatement fee of $30 will be charged to cover the administrative costs associated with manually resetting your membership in our system.
