“COZY @ HOME” MEMBERSHIP: Perfect for those looking to try new wines with friends or family or simply enjoy them at home!

• Includes a curated "mystery box" of 3 bottles of wine based on our monthly theme, in the $10–$30 retail range.

• Detailed wine notes and regional learning materials are included.

• Each box will be available for pick-up during the first week of each new month, for the duration of your subscription.

• This membership does not include access to the in-person monthly wine tasting event.

• No substitutions are available for the wine selections or any included items.

“BIRDS OF A FEATHER” MEMBERSHIP: Perfect for those who love to explore new wines and engage with fellow wine enthusiasts!

​

• Includes a curated "mystery box" of 3 bottles of wine based on our monthly theme, in the $10–$30 retail range.

• Detailed wine notes and regional learning materials are included.

• Each box will be available for pick-up during the first week of each new month, for the duration of your subscription.

• Includes an invitation to our in-person monthly wine tasting event, led by owner & sommelier Robin Keenan or a guest host industry professional.

• The tasting event features a four-wine flight (including the 3 wines from the box and a mystery bonus pour) and four paired small bites.

• Exclusive access to our private Facebook group for special wine deals, pairing tips, exclusive sales, and event specials not advertised publicly.

SUBSCRIPTION TYPES & PERKS:

​

• All wine boxes are sommelier-curated MYSTERY boxes. We do not allow customization of the boxes to account for specific guest preferences (i.e. “I only like red wines”).

• No substitutions are permitted to the small bites menu, except for a vegetarian option upon request or omissions due to allergies. We cannot accommodate gluten-free, vegan or other dietary preferences at this time. Please note upon registration if you require a vegetarian pairing or have specific food allergies. 

• If you are unable to attend our monthly tasting, please let us know and we can package your wine & food pairings as a to-go kit for pick-up. Please consume within 24-48 hours for optimal freshness.

•  “Cozy @ Home” members do NOT have access to the in-person monthly tasting event.

• “Birds of a Feather” members can bring a guest with them to our in-person tasting each month and it does not have to be the same guest every time. Please contact us directly at least 7 days prior to our meeting if your guest requires the vegetarian pairing menu or has any food allergies.

• VIP cards must be presented at the register prior to making purchases to enjoy benefits. VIP cards will be revoked/marked invalid upon termination of your subscription/membership.

MONTHLY RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS:

​

• Wine Club payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month at midnight EST for your selected term.

• To participate in that month's mystery box and/or tasting (if applicable), registration & payment must be completed before the 1st. (Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, your membership will begin with February's mystery wine box & tasting (if applicable).

• If you wish to join after the 1st and would like to receive that month's mystery wine box and attend that month's tasting, please contact our manager Danielle at danielle@littlebirdiewinenest.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request!

• We do not offer the option to "skip a month" or pause a subscription for any reason at this time. If you are unable to attend our monthly tasting, we will set aside your box & gift (if applicable) for pick up at LBWN, alongside a coupon for a complimentary glass of wine to use at your convenience. Wine boxes, coupons, or special gifts associated with your membership will be held for a maximum of 45 days before becoming the property of Little Birdie Wine Nest. For extenuating circumstances, please contact Danielle at danielle@littlebirdiewinenest.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Early termination of a selected subscription will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining commitment balance. To cancel your subscription, please submit a written request via email to danielle@littlebirdiewinenest.com prior to the next billing cycle.

MISSED PAYMENT POLICY:

​

• In order to ensure a seamless experience for all our members and maintain the continuity of your membership benefits and privileges, it is essential to keep your subscription payments up-to-date.

• In the event that your scheduled automatic subscription payment fails for any reason, we extend a 48-hour grace period for members to rectify the issue and update their payment information. However, failure to do so within this grace period will result in automatic termination of your Wine Club Membership.

• Should you wish to reinstate your membership after termination due to payment failure, please note that a reinstatement fee of $30 will be charged to cover the administrative costs associated with manually resetting your membership in our system.

PAID IN FULL SUBSCRIPTIONS:

​

• Payment in full for the term selected will be charged at the time of subscription.

• All sales are FINAL. Paid-in-full memberships are NOT eligible for refunds, transfers, or store credit of any kind.
