A mix between a “vacation” and “education” our Winecation Package is designed to take both your mind and your palate on a wine-centric journey around the world.
Each box will include 2 wines representative of the destination, alongside sommelier curated tasting notes, regional specific learning materials & even perfectly paired chef-driven recipes to enjoy them with.

When will I get my box?
If you subscribe anytime BEFORE the the last day of the month at 11:59pm EST then you will receive your box no later than the 15th of the following month. (i.e. Subscribe September 1st - September 30th @ 11:59PM EST to get your 1st box by October 15th.)
Do you offer shipping?
YES! We are currently able to offer shipping within the state of Ohio at a flat rate of $19.95 per package. In compliance with federal alcohol shipping laws, someone 21+ will need to present at the time of delivery to sign for your box. A maximum of 3 attempts will be made to deliver to you before your package will be routed to the nearest FedEx location for you to retrieve.
We will ship your box on the 7th of every month (or nearest business day) to ensure that it reaches you before th 15th.
Can I pick up my box at your location instead?
Yes! We offer in-store pick up at no charge at our 6060 Broadview Road location. Members MUST pick up their boxes between the 7th & 15th of every month. We cannot prepare boxes earlier than this date, nor hold them longer than the 15th. We reserve the right to, without refund, dispose of your box if not picked up by the 15th of the month.
When will I be billed?
You will first be charged when you sign up, to cover your 1st box of wine-centric bliss. You will then automatically be charged 1x month, until your subscription period ends.
How can I renew / change my subscription?
When there is 1 month left on your subscription package, or at the 6 month mark of your monthly autorenewal - Our wine club specialist will reach out to you personally, to review how you're enjoying your membership. At that time, you can choose to renew or change the length of your subscription!
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you are signed up for the monthly autopay subscription package, we would need to receive written cancellation notice (by emailing email@example.com) two weeks prior to your next bill date to cancel your subscription. 3. 6 & 12 month subscriptions are paid in full, and cannot be cancelled or partially refunded once purchased.
Please keep in mind that you are signing up for a "mystery box" experience and while we allow you to tailor your purchase to a degree by selecting your package preferences, there will always remain an element of surprise. We cannot accomdate specific wine preferences, nor dietary restrictions. Once purchased, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, early cancellations of subcriptions, or store credit of any kind.
