Tasting Notes: An unusual floral note of honeysuckle hovers on the nose alongide mossy greenness.  The palate is fresh, but ripe with a vein of saltiness cutting through juicy crunchy apple, pear and lime zest notes before finishing with white pepper, scallion and chalky minerality.
Recommended Pairings: Asian fare - like sashimi, sushi, oysters, shrimp and spiced pad thai!
