*Please note, we do not have "e-certificates" available. If ordering online, we will have to mail you or your intended recipient the gift certificate. You can also stop by the store to buy your gift certificate in person!

Do LBWN gift certificates expire?
*Our gift certificates never expire, but are non-refundable, nor redeemable for cash, nor replaceable if lost or stolen.
Can I pick up my gift card at the store, or have the recipient pick it up rather than mail it?
*We are NOT able to hold gift certificates purchased online at the store for pick up. You must input a shipping address upon check out where the phsyical card will be mailed.
Can I use my gift card for anything in the store - even special events & classes?
*YES! However, our gift cards are not compatible with our website. In order to use your gift card to register for a class, event, or pre-order on our website you would need to give us a call at 216-785-9922 and we would be happy to help you over the phone!
