Skip the Black Friday crowds, and join Dina & Tonya us for a calorie torching total body workout to burn off all those pesky Thanksgiving meal calories!
This 1 hour workout will build and sculpt lean muscles, strengthen your core and improve your overall strength and flexibility while burning hundreds of calories and stubborn fat as you "burn out" each muscle group from head to toe!
Class will begin with a short warm up period of light cardio + stretching helping you to get your muscles limber and warm. Then, set to your favorite hip-hop jams you will move into a mix of body weight exercises, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and toning moves with a variety of tools like light weights, resistance bands and kettlebells that will challenge your arms, shoulders, back, core, legs & glutes!
You'll finish with a short (& well deserved) cool down that will help prevent cramping and tightness and head into your evening stronger than when you walked in!
The best part? After class, you'll celebrate with your flock with a complimentary Orange Juice & Bubbly Mimosa and a special "Black Friday Swag Bag" courtesy of Little Birdie Wine Nest!
This class is ideal for all fitness levels as all moves are modifiable, but it will be one of our more intense offerings.
