Calling all LITTLE MONSTERS!
 
Join us for "GAGA Yoga + Wine" - a playful, fun & spicy all levels yoga class at Balancing Flamingo Fitness Studio with Heather followed by a glass of our signature & spooktacular "Black Magic Sangria"  with your flock at Little Birdie Wine Nest after class!
 
The moves in this vinyasa flow will be curated to a killer playlist featuring Gaga's greatest hits, including beginner friendly postures with the option to move to more intermediate or advanced poses as well.
 
We'll groove at a steady pace, dance a little and laugh a LOT, as we practice self-love, soaking in positive affirmations to carry us off the mat.
 
Class is limited to 12 yogis, and is expected to sell out quickly.
 
Tickets are just $20/pp and include 1 hour of yoga + 1 glass of sangria.  Advanced reservations are required, and tickets are non-refundable.
 
Please, bring your own mat and practice safe social distancing throughout the event.
