Join Kelsey in flowing to a playlist stacked with fun, empowering, & spicy tunes from your favorite queens of hip hop + pop!  This all levels class will include beginner friendly postures with the option to move to more intermediate or advanced poses as well. We'll groove at a steady pace, dance a little and laugh a LOT  as we soak in our divine feminine power + bask in positive, self-loving affirmations to carry us off the mat.
 
After class, we'll indulge in a complimentary glass of wine courtesy of The Little Birdie Wine Nest with our fine ass flock of queens!

Class is limited to 9 yogis, and is expected to sell out quickly.
Tickets are just $18/pp and include a 1 hour fitness class + a glass of wine from Little Birdie's our featured pour list.  Advanced reservations are required, and tickets are non-refundable.
