Join us at The Crafty Canary Creativity Corner inside The Little Birdie Wine Nest on Wednesday, March 18th beginning at 6:00pm for a wonderful evening of sipping and painting in the style of one of THE most iconic painters of our time!
Shhh.. we're not allowed to say his name ... but we do know he's a fan of Happy Little Trees, and our artist Ali is a huge fan of him! She even has a lifesized cut out for you to take picture with during class!
During this extended 2.5-hour painting workshop, our lovely local artist instructor Ali will lead you step-by-step on how to create your very own landscape on gallery wrapped canvas using acrylic paints and a variety of brushes + tools to create the uique features of this work of art.
Throughout class you'll learn a variety of intermediate painting techniques creating depth & vibrancy with each new layer. From there you'll be free to add special details to make this work of art uniquely yours.
Always remember that there are no mistakes, just happy accidents when creating your project - but Ali will have lightly pre-sketched the general proportions of the painting onto your canvas prior to class to help ensure your piece turns out perfectly! All you need to do is follow along, and bring your painting to life with character & color!
Tickets are just $40/pp and are "all inclusive" - meaning that it covers all the taxes, gratuities, tools, supplies & private hands-on instruction needed to make + take this project, AND a glass of our delicious "Signature Sangria" in your choice of red or white! Additional pours can be enjoyed for just $5 at this special event.
