Join us at The Crafty Canary Creativity Corner inside The Little Birdie Wine Nest on Monday, April 6th beginning at 6:00pm for our incredibly popular light up string art class on custom stained rustic wooden boards!
During this 2 hour "Sip & Create" workshop, our lovely local artist instructor Ali will lead you step-by-step on how to create this gorgeous depiction of our #Cleveland skyline in the colors your choice! The best part? IT LIGHTS UP!
You'll start with a pre-stained rustic wooden board (in your stain choice of natural brown, dark kona brown, grey wash, or sun bleached) and then use a custom template to create your skyline by hammering away!
Next, Ali will show you easy techniques to wrap the string around your nails in the colors of your choice to create the filled in design! Then, you'll thread a tiny battery powered string of glowing lights underneath to illuminate it! Finally, you'll get a short lesson in vinyl decals when you add "Cleveland" as your finishing touch!
Tickets are just $40/pp and are "all inclusive" - meaning that it covers all the tools, supplies (including the lights!), taxes & private instruction needed to make + take this super cute craft, AND a glass of our "Signature Sangria" in your choice of white or red!
