Tasting Notes: begins with a very pleasing aroma of apple, pear, honeysuckle, some flinty minerality and just a touch of petrol. Tasting the wine reveals it to be tart with tons of honeyed fruit notes - apple, peach and citrus primarily. It also features racy acidity and a nice mouthfeel. It ends with a zesty, long finish of more fruit plus hints of minerality.
