Tasting Notes: Bursting with layers of tropical fruit: guava, starfruit, and mango, with just a touch of grassiness. Across the palate, limestone minerality and hint of oak are very appealing. The acidity is quite vibrant and makes for juicy, well-structured and mouthwatering Sauvignon Blanc.
Recommended Pairings: This is a very food friendly wine and pairs well with bacon wrapped scallops or shrimp, grilled asparagus, meatloaf or lentil and sweet potato curry.
