*Infants 2 & under will be admitted free - however, please note that we do not have high chairs at the wine bar, so we advise bringing a carrier for your littlest guests.


*Every person in attendance needs their own ticket, as this is how we will know how many seats to reserve for your group.  Space is exclusively limited to this event, and there is no sharing of the tickets permitted.


*Please note, this event is being held on a Sunday as part of our SOBER SUNDAY programming! Little Birdie does not have a Sunday liquor license, so we will not be able to sell or serve alcohol on this special day. Our full menu will not be available during this special event, but our Morning Owl Coffee Bar WILL be open to order hot & iced specialty coffees & fresh bakery from!


Don't wait to purchase your tickets, as seating is exclusively limited and this event is anticipated to sell out quickly! If purchasing your tickets separately, please notate in the custom text section below whom you'd like to be seated with so that we can create the appropriate seating chart.  All tables are reserved on a 2 hour basis, please be courteous to the next seating so that every guest in attendance can enjoy this wonderful Mother's Day experience!

    Q: Will I need physical tickets? Why does it say "Pick Up" when I go to check out?

    A:  You do not need any physical tickets to this event. As soon as you complete your purchase you will be added to our in-house guest list that we use for check-in at the event. 

    Q: I want to make sure that my family, friends & I can come together as a group - How can we ensure that?

    A:  Tickets are exclusively limited based on the size of our crafting room. We *STRONGLY* advise purchasing all the tickets for your group in one transaction rather than registering independently. You can check to see the number of remaining seats by toggling the number of tickets up until the website does not allow you to raise the number further.  If you are unable to purchase together as a group, we advise to purchase independently, simultaneously and notating in the custom text section with whom you'd like to be seated. We cannot add additional seating once tickets have sold out, nor do we issue refunds or transfers to alternate dates. 

    Q: Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?   

    A: No, but please be mindful that guests aged 10+ need to purchase the regular ticket (not the child one). We will be checking everyone in upon arrival, and violations to this rule will be subject to additional charges before entrance.  Please remember, every person in attendance needs their own ticket, and there is no sharing of the tickets between multiple people permitted.

    Q: What is the address of your facility, and what is parking situation at this venue?

    A: We are located at 6060 Broadview Road, Parma OH 44134. There is plenty of free parking in our plaza!

    Q: Can I make substitutions to the menu? 

    A: We are not able to accomodate special requests or substitutions to the menu for this event. By state law, we do not permit any outside food or beverages into the facility. Please read carefully what is included before making your final purchase. 

    Q: What's the refund policy?

    A: No Refunds. Your ticket is valid for the specific date/event for which you purchase. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason - we are not able to issue refunds or transfer your ticket to alternate dates/events. Your ticket is not valid for store credit of any kind.

    Store employees cannot make exceptions to this company policy.

    If you become unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another guest, or we can create a "Take Home Kit" for you to pick up with all the supplies & written instructions so that you can complete your project at your liesure.
