When CAN I pick up my order?

You may pick up your order beginning Satruday, May 13th between the hours of 8am-9pm. Please be aware that we are CLOSED on Mother's Day - Sunday, May 14th 2023, so all orders MUST be picked up by Saturday at close of business.

Who can pick up my order?

Anyone can stop by and pick up your order for you, as long as they have your name upon check-out.

What if I don't pick up my order on Saturday, May 13th?

We reserve the right, without refund, to cancel the order if your Mother's Day cookie order is not picked up by Saturday, May 13th.

We will NOT send out a reminder email for pickups, please note the pick up date listed above on your calendar!

If there are extenuating circumstances, give us a call at 216-785-9922 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer shipping for these packages?
