Mother’s Day Mimosa Bar Brunch & Self Care Fair (Sunday, 5/10)
Q: Do I need reservations?
A: Yes. Reservations are required for this special event. Every person in attendance needs their own ticket. Only exception is for infants (under 2) in carriers. Valid ID will be required for alcohol consumption, and you must be 21+ to drink.
*Please note that due to limited seating availability, dining experiences for this special event are booked on a 2 hour turn. Please be courteous to the second & third seatings.
I want to make sure my friends and I can come together as a group - How can we ensure that?
Tickets are exclusively limited based on the size of the venue. We cannot add additional tickets once the event is sold out, nor do we issue refunds or transfers. We *STRONGLY* advise purchasing all the tickets for your group in one transaction rather than registering independently. You can check to see the number of remaining seats by toggling the number of tickets up until the website does not allow you to raise the number further. If you are unable to purchase together as a group, we advise checking the availability prior to purchasing, and then purchasing independently, simultaneously.
Q: Will I need physical tickets? Why does it say "Pick Up" when I go to check out?
A: You don't need any physical tickets - as soon as you complete your purchase you will be added to our in-house guest list that we use for check-in.
Q: Can I make substitutions to the menu?
A. No, We are not able to accomodate dietary restrictions, and cannot allow substitutions for this event.
Where is this event being held?
The event is being held at The Lodge at North Park in Seven Hills, Ohio. 5740 Rockhaven Drive, Seven Hills OH 44131 - Please come DIRECTLY to the park.
What is the parking situation?
There is an ample parking lot at the park, as well as street parking available. We are politely asking that you carpool as much as possible to reduce the number of cars we need to park.
Q: What's the refund policy?
A: No Refunds. Your ticket is valid for the specific date/event for which you purchase. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason - we are not able to issue refunds or transfer your ticket to alternate dates/events. Your ticket is not valid for store credit of any kind.Store employees cannot make exceptions to this company policy.
If you become unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another guest.
