Crafted from the "three best" white varietals in the region - 40% Loueiro for aromatic intensity, 40% Avesso for acidity and minerality, and 20% Alvarinho to convey the structure and body.
Tasting Notes: Floral notes and aromas of limes, grapefruit and green apple on the nose, followed by a delicate palate filled with refreshing acidity, citrus fruits and mninerality. 
Recommended Pairings: Excellent with fish, salads, white meats and cheeses or simply enjoyed as an aperitif.
