Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and Riesling
Tasting Notes:  All three varieties show their true colors in the form of a fruit basket of highly perfumed aromas: ripe pear, watermelon, lychee, and apple. Texturally it's a bit weighty but is balanced by a nice streak of acidity and a long mouthwatering finish with just a hint of ginger that makes you go for another sip! 
Recommended Pairings: Aperitif style, but also excellent with spicy dishes.
