Kick off your weekend with good health and even better vibes during Dina's Rise & Grind Bootcamp that's designed to tone your body while improving your mood!


Dina's 1 hour class will begin with light stretching and mobility work, followed by cardio that will get your heart pumping and your body moving & grooving to a motivating playlist!


Next up? Some beginner and intermediate bodyweight movements that are sure to tone & tighten your core, arms, legs, booty and back.


Appropriate for all fitness levels with modifications given along the way to tone down or amp up the moves, each week will be totally different - to keep your mind engaged and your muscles guessing!


You'll finish by cooling down with a nice stretch & positive affirmations and then warm back up with a complimentary cup of coffee courtesy of Morning Owl Coffee Bar on your way to start your day!
