Tasting Notes: A lot of brilliance here!  Passion fruit and lemon candy on the nose. Pineapple and lime on the pure, refreshing palate. Light, elegant and very appealing. An insane value at this price. Good now, but can age for years. 
Recommended Pairings: Pour with spicy fish dishes, curries and Korean-style ribs.Delicious on its own! But it pairs perfectly with a variety of foods -- from grilled seafood and poultry to spicy Asian dishes and fresh salads.
