Join us at The Crafty Canary Creativity Corner inside The Little Birdie Wine Nest for a night of crafting, friends & signature sangria!
During this 2 hour "Sip & Paint" workshop, our lovely local artist instructor will lead you step-by-step on how to paint this absolutely adorable yard art/porch decoration in the shape of Mr. Grinch himself decked out in his santa suit, creeping along stealing your Christmas lights, or register for one of or perfectly packaged take home kits & enjoy this activity at your liesure!
As a bonus add on, you can even add a 2ft "Max" donning his iconic giant antler as a 2nd piece to this one-of-a-kind project!
*There is very limited seating available for this XL workshop - You may *not* share this project between 2 guests, and there is *not* the option to only do Max for $40. If you'd like to add Max to your project, you must add BOTH items from the design preference section below to your cart upon checkout. $89 for "Just The Grinch" PLUS $40 for "Add Max!" Essentially, the minimum purchase requirement to attend this class in person is $89/per person. You *CAN* register for take home versions of the grinch or max separately.
You'll start with a gorgeous, pre-cut, sanded wooden board in the shape of this design, and then follow along as your instructor guides you step-by-step on how to bring your project to life with basic shapes & easy to work with acrylic paints. From there you'll add your battery operated twinkle lights, and be free to add special details to make this work of art uniquely yours!
Because these signs are made from real wood, please be aware that there may be knots or small imperfections in the assembled piece. We absolutely love the unique character a knot gives each piece of wood, but rest assured that we do try to find the best pieces of to suit these designs!
Tickets start at $89/pp and are "all inclusive" - meaning that it covers all the paints, tools, supplies & private hands-on instruction needed to make + take this project, AND a glass of our delicious sangria in your choice of red or white!
*Take home kits include supplies, beverage, plus written instructions for self-led guidance. Take home kits do not include large paintbrushes, but will include detail brushes.
Space is exclusively limited to just TWELVE lucky guests in-studio and is expected to sell out quickly - so be sure to snag your tickets right away! The approximate dimensions of this substantial project are: Grinch 4ft tall, Max 2ft tall. Because some guests may choose to display this piece on their porch, a yard stake is not attached/nor included in this project.

Q: Will I recieve my tickets in the mail? / Can this item be shipped?
A: Nope! You won't recieve anything in the mail, and you do not need physical tickets to attend. As soon as you make your purchase - you're either automatically added to our guest list for an in-studio reservation, or added to our list of take home kits to prepare for pick up based on your selection upon check-out.
Q: When can I pick up my take home kit?
A: Take home kit purchases must be picked up at the scheduled date/time of the corresponding in-studio class, or thereafter during business hours. We will hold your kit(s) for up to 3 business days after the class has concluded. Beyond this three day mark, your kit will be discarded and you will not recieve a refund.Q: Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
A: While we do offer kid-friendly projects, this class is recommended for adults. We ask that all in-studio participants be 13+, and every person needing a seat, needs a ticket. For children younger than 13, we recommend purchasing a take home kit! Juice can be substituted for those who are underage, or for non-drinkers. Valid ID will be required for alcohol consumption, and you must be 21+ to drink.
Q: I have a large group, and would like to book a private event. How can I get more information on booking?
A: For parties of 15+ you have the option to book a private class - at our venue, or yours! Please click the "Private Events" tab on our website to fill out the inquiry form provided. Our private events director will get back to you right away!
Q: What is the parking situation at this venue?
A: There is plenty of free parking in our plaza!
Q: What should I bring into the event?
A: Just your positive attitude and smile! These classes are meant to be fun and relaxing! Please do not bring any outside food or beverages into the facility.

Q: What's the refund policy?A: No Refunds. Your ticket is valid for the specific date/event for which you purchase. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason - we are not able to issue refunds or transfer your ticket to alternate dates/events. Your ticket is not valid for store credit of any kind. You may transfer your ticket to a friend, just give us a call to let us know of the switch.
Q: What is your current mask policy? What if we experience another mandatory COVID-19 shut down?
A: We do ask that all in-studio participants wear a mask if they are not fully vaccinated. In the event of a mandatory shut down, all tickets will be converted into take home kits for contactless pick-up, and we will teach the workshop virtually via zoom for in-studio registrants. No refunds will be given.
