Tonya's signature class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, kickboxing, cardio and plyometric training exercises synced to motivating music! Every squat, lunge, and burpee and kettlebell swing is driven by the music helping you make it to that last rep (or maybe a few more...!)
In each class you’ll burn crazy amounts of calories calories while toning your arms, legs, abs and glutes. No two classes will be the same, and Tonya will be sure to use all of the tools in our arsenal to make sure you leave class sweaty, sore & sculpted!
After class, help yourself to a complimentary "Tea Drop" courtesy of Morning Owl Coffee Bar to aid in giving you that recovery glow!
This class is ideal for all fitness levels as all moves are modifiable, but it is one of our more intense offerings.
