Tasting Notes: This wine is just yum yum yum. It is everything that is great about Riesling—crisp, clean, mineral-driven with ripe fruit. A winemaker from a long tradition, the vineyard is practicing organic. What is so tantalizing about this wine is it strikes a perfect balance between sweet and dry, which just keeps me coming back for another sip, and another, until the whole bottle is gone. Too crisp to be a sweet wine and too sweet and fruity to be a dry wine, this is where two things are equally true and equally good.
