Service Description
If you're looking for a class that will help you feel strong, confident & powerful - this is it! Power yoga is designed specifically to improve your muscle strength and increase your cardiovascular endurance. Join Hannah on Sunday mornings at 9am for an all-levels Power flow! You will flow from one pose to the next quickly in a dynamic breath-to-movement flow. You'll experience mindfulness and challenging postures to push your physical practice to the next level; exploring arm balances & inversions while building strength, flexibility, and mobility to achieve your personal variation of each pose. Each week, class will focus on a different peak posture and experience a wide range of both mental and physical benefits, such as improving cardiovascular health, build strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, reduce stress, and most of all - FUN! This class will leave you feeling strong, playful, and ready to tackle the rest of your weekend on a positive note!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel a booking up to 2 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing a class credit. Students who do not cancel prior to the 2-hour window will forfeit their class credit and VIP members with last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
