Service Description

Twinkle lights and soft music will surround and envelop you as you're guided gently into a variety of yoga poses that are still, deep, and quiet in this restorative "yin" yoga class. Throughout class, students will be guided to utilize props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to support lengthier posture holds which allow the effects of gravity to gently stretch and work into the denser tissues of the body - pushing out toxins, pulling in nutrients, while gently strengthening & stretching joints, bones and fascia - allowing us to "unglue" the stickiness that attaches to our connective tissues and provide us a greater range of motion. The atmosphere of this class will be unhurried, internal and relaxed with a deep focus on the breath while stretching, and finish with a relaxing savasana session that is sure to carry you off your mat and into a relaxed and refreshed state of both mind + body.

Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel a booking up to 2 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing a class credit. Students who do not cancel prior to the 2-hour window will forfeit their class credit and VIP members with last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
