Service Description
This one hour fitness class lives up to it's name. Dina will guide you through a workout that will help you build lean, strong muscles from your head to your toes! You will start class with light stretching and mobility work, followed by a cardio session that will get your heart pumping and your body moving & grooving to a motivating playlist! Next up? Some beginner and intermediate bodyweight movements that are sure to tone & tighten your core, arms, legs, booty and back before cooling down with a nice series of stretches to lengthen your muscles and give you that lean look! Appropriate for all fitness levels with modifications given along the way to tone down or amp up the moves, each week will be totally different - to keep your mind engaged and your muscles guessing!

Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel a booking up to 2 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing a class credit. Students who do not cancel prior to the 2-hour window will forfeit their class credit and VIP members with last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
