Looking for a mindful, yet sweaty, workout? Sweat out the stress with our New Signature YOGA HIIT class with Hannah. You’ll start class with a basic yoga flow to warm your muscles, then move into a series of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) moves to build strength and increase endurance. This full-body workout is the perfect way to meet your New Year’s Resolutions head on—and have fun while doing it! Class will conclude with a slow, deep stretch, targeting specific muscles worked in class. You’ll leave class feeling strong & confident, eagerly looking forward to your next class!!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel a booking up to 2 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing a class credit. Students who do not cancel prior to the 2-hour window will forfeit their class credit and VIP members with last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
